CYR- Christian Youth Resource - Milk & Honey Productions (Edmonton, Canada)
- Milk and Honey Productions was incorporated on April 10, 1996 with a specific vision in
mind; we want to care for the emotional and spiritual lives of Edmonton's youth and young
adults. Billing ourselves as a 'new style' youth ministry, Milk and Honey Productions has
been formed as a business that will generate the capital needed to minister to youth and
young adults. Milk and Honey Productions was the concept of four youth ministers, who
joined together from different denominational backgrounds with a common desire for the
youth of our city, and a common vision to support and promote local performing arts
groups. Individually, each of the founding members have been involved in many aspects of
youth and young adult ministry and activity. Combined, we bring together a substantial
record of caring for, training and leading Edmonton's youth. Christian Music Festival

youth meetings, retreats, board meetings, Sunday services and a myriad of other tasks

States. Three hundred twenty-six YWCAs operate across the country, representing
approximately 2 million women, girls and their families. The movement's mission, to

child care, shelter, physical fitness, health awareness and social justice programs.

- YOUTH WITH A MISSION is an international movement of Christians working to help make a
difference in a needy world. Founded in 1960, it is now one of the largest
interdenominational Christian ministries, with 11,000 volunteer staff based in nearly 650
locations in over 130 countries. They believe the gospel of Jesus is not just about words,
but also actions. So they share their faith through many different kinds of practical
help--from agricultural training to running medical clinics--as well as telling about the
Christian beliefs that inspire their actions.
- From Afghanistan to Zimbabwe everything from accountancy spreadsheets to zoom lenses
finds its place in the work of taking the good news to the world, by word and deed. While
many staff continue to work in remote places that are traditionally seen as
"missionary fields," a large number are also focusing on the world's needy, vast
urban centers.
